Shipping process: Our dumplings ship frozen in an insulated box with dry ice. Please open the box in open air with gloves. We using UPS Ground for next-day delivery. Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST Mon-Thu ship the same day; Fri-Sun orders ship Monday.
