For the following states, we offer affordable 1-2 Day Ground shipping: New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, West Virginia, Michigan, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Illinois.

During the summer months, 1-2 Day Ground shipping is available only for these states: New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Vermont.

For all other states, we provide Next Day Air shipping year-round.

Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 1:00 PM EST are shipped the same day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday are shipped the following Monday.

For orders of frozen pelmeni dumplings, including chicken dumplings, pork dumplings, and potato dumplings, it’s essential that someone is present to receive the delivery. Since our frozen pelmeni and vareniki dumplings are perishable products, they must be kept at a safe, frozen temperature to maintain their quality. Leaving them unattended at your doorstep could cause them to thaw and compromise their freshness. To ensure the best quality and safety of your Eastern European dumplings, our shipping guarantee requires that someone is available to accept the delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of frozen pelmeni dumplings, we cannot accept returns. Delays may occur due to inclement weather or federal holidays.
