    Introducing Pelmeni as Russian Dumplings in NYC

    From 2017 to 2018, we explored and experimented with our grab-and-go Pelmeni concept offering chicken pelmeni, pork pelmeni, and potato vareniki in a series of thrilling pop-ups with Urbanspace, gained an initial fan-base, and landed significant exposure with the New York Times, CBS, TimeOut, and Eater. As a specialty product, Russian Dumplings vs Pelmeni, was easier to introduce to New Yorkers.

    Pelmeni in NYC & Our Permanent Locations

    From 2018 to 2021 we operated our first permanent pelmeni restaurant in NYC's Columbus Circle subway station, but later moved on to a stand-alone retail shop, where we continued to offer our frozen pelmeni dumplings to cook at home and also pelmeni and vareniki cooked on the spot.

    In 2022, the challenges posed by Covid-19 and the geopolitical climate led to the closure of our NYC retail operations. However, our passion for delivering exceptional frozen pelmeni dumplings and Eastern European dumplings remains strong. We now offer our rare organic frozen Pelmeni and Vareniki directly to your doorstep through our online store.
