Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information:

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We offer free shipping to most East Coast states closest to New York, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.
  • For East Coast states that are further from New York, such as North Carolina, Virginia, Maine, and Georgia, we charge a small shipping fee.
  • For states that are the furthest from New York, including Texas, California, and Mississippi, we utilize next-day air shipping.
  • During the hot summer months, free or low-fee 1-2 day ground shipping is available only for New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Vermont.

Order Processing: Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 1:00 PM EST are shipped the same day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday are shipped the following Monday.

Delivery Requirements: Since our products are perishable, someone must be present to receive the delivery. Leaving packages unattended may compromise the quality of the products. Ensure someone is available to accept the delivery to maintain freshness.

Shipping Issues: If you experience any delays or damages with your order, please email us at info@daadumplings.com with details and photos of the issue within 3 days of receipt. We will investigate and may offer a full or partial refund or a discount on a future purchase based on the specifics of the situation.

Returns Policy:

No Returns Policy: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we are dedicated to resolving any issues with your order.

Reporting Issues: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you encounter any problems. Include clear photos of the issue and a brief description in your email to info@daadumplings.com. We will review the information and may offer a resolution, including refunds or discounts on a case-by-case basis.
